Wednesday night marked the beginning of Early James’ tour dates opening for The Black Keys on their Dropout Boogie Tour. Amongst his upcoming dates are festival appearances at Americana Fest, Austin City Limits, and Wildwood Revival. His headlining dates begin in October. James’ second Easy Eye Sound release, Strange Time To Be Alive, has been met with loving praise and high ratings, including mentions from Rolling Stone, No Depression, American Songwriter, and more, following its release.
